This scotch is made with peate from St. Fergus from Aberdeenshire and aged in bourbon casks and then transferred to Chinquapin oak casks. Bottled at 48%, it's natural in colour and non chill filtered. Rich and warming, expect notes of rich chocolate, charred hazelnut, toasted cinnamon and burnt molasses.
