A 16 Year Old Single Malt which was initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in Pedro-Ximenez Sherry casks. Named after a series of crypts underneath the Christ Church cathedral which were known for being drinking dens. They had cellar keepers which had their own casks and coins, hence the Keeper's Coin.

Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water) Fudge, soft toffee, toasted hazelnuts and baked banana with sea salt caramel.
Palate (without water) Poached pears, treacle tart and dried apricots are met by a big oak influence and a salted butter mouth-feel.
